Three good daily things to be thankful for

Participants were invited to identify, over the course of the day, 3 good things which they were grateful for. This activity was inspired by a study by Eamons and Mc Cullough [66]

Absorption during an activity

Participants were asked to perform an activity that they particularly enjoyed and to pay attention to the perceptual experience related to positive emotions

Anticipation of positive events

Participants were asked to imagine 3 positive events that could happen in the next few days and to pay attention to the emotions they felt while doing so. This activity was inspired by a study by Quoidbach et al. [67]

Future and conclusion

Boosting savoring activities and waiting for a gift

Participants watched a 5-min relaxation video in which music and natural scenarios were integrated. A narrative voice guided throughout the completed exercises to boost their effects
