Models were adjusted for age at transplant, sex, ethnicity, race, smoking history, current drinking, and BMI. Additionally, transplant subgroup was also adjusted for in analysis of all patients. P-values < 0.0071 were considered as statistically significant after applying a Bonferroni correction for multiple testing for the 7 general outcome measures that were assessed
