Dealing with emotionally difficult situations, criticism and concerns about sport. Task: Love breathing exercises.

The relationship of irrational beliefs with emotions and behaviour. Challenging and weakening irrational beliefs with evidence, logic and pragmatics.

Acceptance

Facing with the reality and the relationship between the presence and acceptance. Task: mindful meditation.

Cognitive defusion

Separation of self and thoughts. Being aware of thoughts and reactions to them and their consequences. Task: labelling.

Concentration

Consciously focusing my attention on what I need in the sport at the moment. Task: pyramid breathing.

Coping

Difficulties, failures, performance under and after pressure. Facing with negative emotions (Compassion, Humanity, Mindfulness). Task: Corrective imagination.

Replace-ment and reinforce-ment

Develop and reinforce new rational beliefs and integrate them into everyday life.

Self-control

Regulating unwanted negative thoughts and physical feelings. Connecting with your own values. Task: mindful stretching.
