  1. Note: a During the first session of the second module, the existing thermometer is adjusted. Therefore column “cognitions / behaviors” from the thermometer that was developed in the first session of the first module, is removed and a new column is added. Besides this, the sessions are the same, irrespective of the sequence in which the modules are followed
